So, when our Product Developer brioched the subject of bringing her vision for Trader Joe’s Mini Brioche Bites to our freezers, our tasting panel practically jumped for joy.

Made for us in France by a supplier who knows their stuff (and, more specifically, who knows their brioche), our Mini Brioche Bites are little, one-bite-sized balls of brioche dough stuffed with a sweet apricot jam and creamy Brie cheese filling. Simply warm them in the oven or air fryer for 10-12 or 6-8 minutes, respectively, and you’ve got yourself sixteen, sweet-n-savory opportunities to savor the finest flavors of France—all for a price that screams, “Valeur!” (That’s French for value, folks.)
