Secret Agent Rachael Davis has been sent on a mission to negotiate the release of the Prime Minister of Japan. She later finds out that her husband, sports business tycoon, Steve Davis, has hired a private investigator to find her and bring her home. Little does she know that the detective, Amber Rose, is kidnapped along with her best friend and CEO of Biotech Industries, Abigail Thomas, by former CIA agent Carson DuPont who has secretly been working with the Chinese to put an end to the conflict with the Japanese over the unhabitated islands.
