So begin the mindfulness bombs. By no means are these lessons new. They are simply my take and twist on life lessons that I have learned. I claim no ownership to these and in fact have learned them all myself from countless mentors to whom I am forever grateful. My hope is that the seeds of love and kindness I have planted into my daughters' gardens will continue to grow and blossom. My intention is to instill a positive belief system into their world and give them tools and lessons they need to manifest their own dreams and visions.
The following short sayings are a way I used to help relate life lessons to my girls. I keep them short and sweet and use personal references sometimes to help drive the point home and hopefully make the lessons more memorable. I smile each time one of them reminds me of a lesson.
