- Produced in Apulia from Coratina olives, this award-winning extra-virgin olive oil is cold-pressed with fresh Italian IGP-certified lemons using traditional grindstones. The result is a green oil with peppery flavor and robust citrus notes that enhance vinaigrettes, soups and sauces as well as pasta and grilled meat, chicken and seafood. Made by the fourth-generation Muraglia family, the oil arrives in a handcrafted ceramic bottle, beautifully decorated by local Italian artists with sunny yellow lemons. After you finish the oil, use the bottle as a vase or serving vessel.
