Only a twenty minute ferry ride from the North Carolina mainland, Little Osprey Island is buzzing with summer visitors. Eden Penderson, the friendly manager of the Sea Shell Cottages, is busy making preparations for the arrival of the July time-share residents. She's been looking forward to visiting with her sister, Ellie, and catching up with all the friends she has grown up with on the island. And even more exciting will be the upcoming wedding of cottage residents, Porter Millington and Everly Jane Dice. They had each lost their spouses years before and now almost everyone seemed to be sharing in their future happiness. But when Eden arrives at the Klamm Bakery and finds Everly face down and unresponsive in her wedding cake, she quickly realizes that things are not as they should be on Little Osprey Island. And to make matters even worse, she discovers that she and two of her closest friends, Krista Klamm and Emily Kent, are all suspects. With the 50th Island Reunion just two weeks away, will the killer be caught before the festivities begin and someone else meets a similar fate?
