"My Name is King" is a story told through the eyes of a Down Syndrome child. In this story, he describes his likes, dislikes, behaviors and remedies to counter his behaviors. The story touches on his day-to-day emotions as well as reactions from strangers. It also helps children understand that even though Down Syndrome children may look and act differently, they are still amazing kids and would love to have genuine friendships.
