Nell Montgomery Mitchell lived life on her terms, while always being of service to others. Her faith, family, and friends were the most important things in her life. Nell began her career as a pediatric nurse and later moved into hospital administration at the University of California, Irvine. While still working at UCI, she and her husband, Jack, built a wildly successful business in the Los Angeles area, capitalizing on the emerging telecommunications markets. They eventually sold their business to Nextel and amassed a sizeable fortune.
After Jack's unexpected death, Nell directed her attention to creating a legacy for her family. Her vision sprang to life when she decided to partner with her nephew, Jerry Fischer and his wife, Ruth, to build Leashes and Leads in Rochester, Minnesota.
Come along and learn about Nell's amazing life, her sincere and abiding faith, her incredible vision for the future, and her tireless devotion to creating a legacy for several generations of her extended family.
"Nell's Way" is an inspirational story of one woman's determination to leave the world better than she found it.
