Neurotically Yours Reboot? How did that happen? Why reboot? Eh, every series gets stale after awhile and Neurotically Yours slowly started to fall into a rut. Germaine became this really complex character that most people couldn't relate to and most of Foamy's time was spent trying to explain the character's development to the audience. Not much fun for viewers. So rather than run the show into the ground, it was better to just reboot it and have the cartoon return to it's roots... that's what this comic is.
