Why We Love It

• Inspired by classic European-style hot chocolate, we transformed Guittard's premium bittersweet chocolate into delicate shavings that melt luxuriously in hot milk. The result is a beverage with rich flavor, smooth texture and exquisite aroma. This hot chocolate arrives in a collectible tin from Newton Paisley, whose unique textiles are created and drawn by conservation biologist Susy Paisley. This design celebrates the origins of cacao in nature, showcasing species that can thrive in mixed agroforestry cacao plantations – from epiphytes and decomposers to pollinators and predators.
