Getting off the grid is the only way Maud, an attorney in a connected Boston law firm can avoid being killed by a hit man. Maud joins up with Jack, an ex-cop on the run from a Connecticut hit man. Together they strike back against the human trafficking racket that wants Maud dead. This is only possible when they join up with Arno's People and miracles happen. The story has adult themes and language in addition to descriptions of characters being "born again" and characters with gifts of the spirit.
