Our new line of Organic Grass Fed Angus Beef comes to us from a collective of over 2,000 small family farms in the United States—some of whom are so small that they only raise a dozen or so cattle at a time. Each farm dedicates their herds to be raised specifically for consumption, and raises them on an organic, 100% grass and forage diet. The results speak (or rather, eat) for themselves: tender textures, mild, yet decidedly beefy flavor profiles, and great marbling.
