While Passover is a major spring festival for the Jewish community, the recipes included in this book can be made any time during the year. Passover meals, according to Jewish tradition, must be kosher. This means that the food served must meet the criteria for being declared kosher. The environment in which the food is prepared must also be kosher. We have strived to ensure all the recipes included here, meet the traditional criteria for being kosher.
If you are having difficulty putting together a Passover meal, or menu, then this is the recipe book for you. Traditional kosher Jewish recipes are included within these pages, as well as several non-traditional ideas that have been deemed acceptable under kosher guidelines.
My recipe reading followers are sure to enjoy many of these kosher dishes, either for Passover, or at any time during the year. Although we are not Jewish, my family has sampled several of these kosher dishes and found them flavorful and appealing to the palate. Please drop me a line and let me know which of these you enjoyed the most and give me suggestions for what you would like to see in the future.
Bon Appetit,
Ann Sullivan
