Trader Joe's Potato Pancakes, a.k.a. latkes, are made for us according to an old, Eastern European recipe that uses only the best quality ingredients. And they’re fully cooked, so all you have to do is reheat & eat! Air fryer is the quickest method, yielding the crispest exterior, but our Potato Pancakes are equally yummy prepared in a skillet on the stovetop, or in a conventional oven.
