This book is a true inspirational story how the author overcame the plausibility's of a condemned life. Yet her strength from those experiences only made her stronger despite the odds that were stacked against her. Praising My Pond is a true testament and appreciation for life no matter what conundrums that life may bring. Bias, discrimination, abuse, and a dysfunctional family, were not enough to deter her from praising the pond that could have destroyed her.
