The Military Decision-Making Process is not a panacea. It cannot be. Humans are involved and flawed because of our conscious and unconscious nature. Despite that, the Military Decision-Making Process is a blueprint. Using the MDMP methodology, the book will familiarize the reader with the workings of the MDMP while addressing some of today's challenging problems by first looking at some of the errors leaders make in decision-making. Address some of the particular issues the process could tackle, and have tackled, all while highlighting the people within the process and how their contributions are intricately tied to success.
