This book is about learning to communicate in Love, with a focus on personal and relational healing. I have been inspired to write to the R.A.W. series of books to begin the process of healing individuals, couples, and families. This book is meant to be a guide to support you with learning and implementing healthy communication practices, while gaining insight into the origin of your negative ones and how they are hurting your relationships and opportunities. The goals is support you with moving past trauma based communication styles and hopefully begin to help you communicate your concerns and need in way other can truly hear and support you. By the end of this process, my hope is that you would have learned how to recognize and remove your toxic communication and body language and begin to replace them with positives ones that will lead you to have more healthier relationships in all aspects of your life.
