Catalina, a young girl trained to fight, wants to shed light on the death of her parents, murdered when she was a child. She is haunted by the past when another murder turns her life upside down: it is Erik, the brother of her best friend. Determined to avenge him, Catalina moves into the home of Juan Garcia, the alleged murderer, and becomes his bodyguard. Juan is an arms dealer disguised as a successful businessman, a mysterious man who treats her differently than the others. Catalina would like to do justice, to kill the man who killed Erik, but she has no idea who Juan Garcia really is or what he wants from her.
