Sunday morning came around like it always did. Charlie was sitting in the front row, waiting on his father to get behind the podium and preach another boring sermon that he didn't even believe in. He was waiting for... something. He didn't even know what. Well, "what" eventually happened, in the form of a fallen archangel, Dirk. They both have a past to atone for, and are forced to help each other do that. Lilith, the daughter of the devil himself and the Key to keeping the fabric of reality together, enters their life, and suddenly everything that Charlie thought were lies told by the church were made very real.
