Hailey, Logan and their friends from around the world go on a flight of fantasy on an ever changing rainbow. Logan is excited to add the new postcard from Africa to his collection. As his sister Hailey pulls her favorite doll off the shelf, the doorbell rings. Her friends Sophie and Zabi have come to visit. When Sophie grabs the doll and it lands in the chocolate cream pie Hailey gets upset and doesn't want to play with her. Later when Hailey washes her doll she is amazed to see one soap bubble getting bigger and bigger, with Jilly the Rainbow Fairy sitting on top and the word Forgive inside the bubble. Jilly explains that when you forgive, you forget that something bad happened and you give someone another chance. Jilly invites her to go for a ride inside the bubble with her brother and friends. When Hailey whispers "I forgive you" to Sophie, the bubble instantly floats right out of the kitchen window into the sky.
