The third part of the Time Interventions Trilogy finds Ex-Detective Inspector Charles Seymour pursuing a dangerous serial killer who is set on destroying all members of the Twelve. The chase sees him travelling across Europe, before a final confrontation at the iconic Nubble Lighthouse in Maine, on the dramatic New England coast.
