Mighty masked Mexican wrestler Santo crosses the path of another evil scientist. Evidently the villain has been taking Vincent Price 101: he's stumbled upon a method to make wax figures come alive. They do, and they're mean. They also know how to wrestle, as Santo discovers on several occasions.
