In honor of this storied (not to mention well-spiced) tradition, we’re bringing in Trader Joe’s Seafood Boil to our freezers. Each box contains a bag of shrimp, tilapia, clams, and andouille sausage, along with hearty corn on the cob and miniature potatoes, all pre-seasoned with a lip-smackingly spicy garlic butter sauce. Ça c’est bon, non?
Once home, your Trader Joe’s Seafood Boil can be conveniently prepped by either boiling it all in-bag, or by placing the contents of the bag in a sauce pan and heating until cooked through. Either way, in about 20- 25 minutes, you’ll have a spicy, buttery, Cajun-style seafood and veggie medley ready to be served. It makes an excellent and practically effortless weeknight dinner option, especially considering each bag contains two hearty servings. We recommend pairing your Seafood Boil with an Everyday Butter Lettuce Salad and some white rice or crusty bread to soak up as much of that garlicky, buttery sauce as you can.
