Jack Brandon, his team of dedicated tough young women and retired FBI Agents battle human traffickers from Pittsburgh to the waters off Amelia Island, to Montana, Baltimore and McLean Virginia. Their actions are outside the law that shields the criminals at the expense of the victims. Their mission is to save lives and sort out the details after the smoke clears. As always, Jack's dog, Shadow, a Bouvier des Flandres, is in the forefront of the action. His mission is to protect the team. He must also help train Gideon, his back up Bouvier teammate.
