Concentrating on one of the most discussed issues of 21st century, development, environment and climate change got considerable space in almost all national/international discussion forum. Chamba Climate Meet-2014 being such effort to bring scholars together from round the globe was a place where these issues have been discussed at a length. This volume is the last in a series of publication of outcome of the international conference, "Development, Biodiversity and Climate Change: Issues and Challenges" and is an attempt to document the presented papers in form of edited book(s).
