This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 16th International Conference on Software Architecture, ECSA 2022, held in Prague in September 2022. The 9 full papers and 6 short papers were carefully selected from 47 submissions. In the Research Track, 11 full papers presented together with 5 short papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 58 submissions.
