Other modern languages have an official voice, an organized system of standards for writing on the basis of phonetics, morphology that is characteristic of each language, and a syntax structure according to the function of the parts of the speech. In English, the above grammatical components are lacking to a great disproportion. Instead of standards as the norm, English has exceptions as the predominant factor.
