Adventurer Atticus Drake wakes up in the strange, isolated town of Newhaven with no memory of how he got there. While he regains his memory, he uses his skills as a hunter and detective, as well as help from his new friends, to discover exactly why everyone is afraid of the dark and to rid the town of the cause of the evil inflicted upon it.
