You might be familiar with our Blue Stilton—this is the same style of cheese, just without those veins of Penicillium roqueforti that make blue Stilton so tangy and, well, blue. Instead, this Sweetheart Stilton is studded with a mix of teeny bits of chocolate fudge, buttery caramel, and chewy dried cherries to give each bite a complementary mix of candy flavors and toothsome textures.
