Tae's place tells the story of Taela McCray, an aspiring club owner from Laurel, Maryland. She lives in her dream house with her high school sweetheart Shaun. After getting engaged to her fiance Shaun on her birthday, Tae begins to find out that things aren't what they seem.When Tae finds out that Shaun is laundering money for local drug dealer King, she gives him an ultimatum: Cut ties with King, and his other women or the wedding is off.When Shaun begins making demands of his own, things begin spiraling and Tae is faced with a decision that could change her life forever.
