Twelve years ago my husband of 23 years was assassinated. This book is my journey to move beyond surviving to thriving through the use of running all over the world. The chapters are written from the perspective I had on my grief journey, where I was running, and what worked and didn't work (specific strategies). The book is helpful to people in the middle of trauma, coming through trauma, or for individuals helping those in trauma.
