Tales of Immigration: Love, Grief, and Resistance in a Foreign Land is a compilation of bilingual (Español and English) poems that look at the immigrant experiences and its difficulties, and all the things that happened in between. Inspired by self and other stories, the book centers on the processes of grief for losing everything that was once known, love and its variety, and the resistance to capitalism, exploitation, colonialism, genocide, and other violent systems. The poems encompass the past, present, and the dream of a possible future.
