A boy is changed by his world's blessing storm and becomes increasingly dragon-like. Since Dragons are thought to be extinct, he was thought to be an anomaly. Fearing a loss of confidence in the blessing storm's wisdom by the rest of the population, the council seeks to eliminate him. When he was outlawed and his parents are killed, he has to make some choices, face the people accusing him to seek justice or give in to the urges of his inner dragon.
