Fran is a millennial, a researcher that takes a job from an arrogant publisher to get a story on Tunes Fallon, a blogger. There was bad blood between them, something that happened in the 1970's, enough to get a story and do a series of interviews. She gets an insight to the culture of the times and learns the 70's wasn't like some TV show. His is a story of music, how it got inside his soul, took possession, and paid the price. Fran is captured by the music and it leads her to a crossroad in her life.
