A disturbed teen with a troubling history of violence defends his home from a squad of heavily armed hit men dispatched to retrieve a large sum of money stolen from a notorious mob boss. Reg Bellavance (Ray Wise) is a feared gangster facing a murder charge, but currently out on parole. Odds are he'll end up getting convicted and sent to prison, but he's determined to skip town with his son and $500,000 in cash before his scheduled court date. Trouble is, Reg's flight fund has just gone missing. Enraged, the desperate mobster tells his right hand man Lloyd to assemble a crew and get the cash back - and to make sure the people who stole it suffer an agonizing death in the process. After blasting through the list of prime suspects with no results, Lloyd and his ruthless team of killers arrive at the Rutledge home, and prepare for another bloodbath. Little do they realize that the blood spilled this time will be their own, because troubled Owen Rutledge (Ryan Hartwig) has a compulsion for cruelty, and his isn't about to let his parent's deaths go unpunished. Meanwhile, Owen's rebellious older sister Lauren (Fabianne Therese) has gotten her first taste of carnage, and decides to join her brother in seeking sadistic revenge against the savage assassins.
