For many of us, life maybe successful but not fulfilling. We are proficient at what we do, and we excel in our careers, yet we are somehow incomplete. There is a uniqueness in each of us that makes us different. This uniqueness is what I call the competitive edge. The secret to living a successful and fulfilling life is being intentional about finding and activating your competitive edge. I am Sandra Mason, a retired laboratory supervisor, mother and grandmother, and a widow for 18 years. When my best friend died my drug of choice was "busy". Being busy took me to a place of mental and physical destruction. Finding and activating my competitive edge not only saved my life but also taught me how to live again.
