Throughout her long run in Speed Comics, she was known by different names: she was first
Pat Parker, a war nurse; then she donned a costume and became The War Nurse; and then
finally, as Pat Parker she led the brave and effective Axis-busting team known as THE GIRL
COMMANDOS! After a while she lost the War Nurse costume and wore the uniform of the
Girl Commandos, which she led through many adventures across Europe, the Pacific, and the
world.
This book contains all the Pat Parker, War Nurse / Girl Commandos stories, as they appeared in
Speed Comics #13-42 and All-New Comics #11.
