The book would be great turned into a film. It would show the realities of dealing with rape and the reactions of others. How do we become guilty if we are the actual victim? How fair is the justice system and the society around us?A truly gripping and harrowing story. I felt really connected to the main character as it was well written. Great story highly recommended
A rising star at The Bar, barrister, Amanda Buckingham is persuaded by the Head of Hartington Chambers to take on a case that she instinctively would have preferred not to.
