But his outrage is quickly replaced by immobilizing shock at the horrific sights he spies out his bedroom window. Monsters, of varying sizes but all with a taste for human flesh, are swarming his neighborhood.

launches David into a world he's never known, one that rips him from his peaceful existence and thrusts him into life-and-death situations that he must rise to meet.
