Martella Endive, an accountant on a roadtrip to unwind from the harsh pressures of the business world instead must face the secrets of a mysterious casino nestled far in the outskirts of Sin City.
As Martella makes her way into the towering structure, she encounters a cast of eccentric staff members, each one more bizarre and unsettling than the last. Despite her reservations, she is drawn in by the glamorous allure of their lifestyle, and she soon finds herself seduced by their wild and hedonistic ways.
