While traversing the wondrous country of Norway, much goes awry in New Orleans when a new serial killer moves into the area. Trey, Max, and the newly appointed police captain, "Big Jim," get caught in the web of deceit from previous years and old stomping grounds.
answers some questions; it provides a palette of new obstacles and mysteries to be solved, but the ambiguity haunts his soul.
