A few more years went by, he started to seek and search out his purpose. He was known as a late bloomer and it has taken more than a generation to unearth his purpose. Watching tons of movies, especially the fantasy and druid genres; he noticed something exciting was pulling at him. Something inside and wanting to be a part of it. Piercing his eyes into all the scenes became an obsession. So, now would be the time to pounce and write the fantasy collection he had always desired. To become a bona fide authentic author has caught his attention. Through a lot of research provided by the World Wide Web over the past few years, Katz finally came up with a trilogy going forward. Only one man would hold him back though. It was his father.
He began studying literature and people. It becomes especially essential when one can discover just who walks beside one another every day. What would be their story or life adventures? Everyone has one. Katz pictured himself writing at least one true story. Would his own Dad be the one? He had come into mind when he was glancing at one old photograph at his home in the province of British Columbia in 2019. An old stock car picture appeared out of the blue. He asked his dad about it. They sat and talked for hours while golfing or sitting in his gazebo. About the time when he drove around all those racetracks in his younger days. Katz and his father used to talk about it all the time. Katz started gathering all the information he could over the next two years. Mr. Olson's thoughts boiled down to a simmer just thinking about the past and what he could remember back from 1969 through '73. Is there a better way to honour a father than to express his own story through the eyes of an innocent ten-year-old son? Immortalization if you will. His dad eventually gave him the picture. Katz Olson thought about writing a book at sixteen and why not grasp the moment now while time is stale and almost standing still. This short memoir is for everyone. Comprehensible and to the point. After that, a trilogy may emerge. Not many know about his infatuation with composition and beyond.
