The story ... begins with the daily lives of a gang of feral cats living at Captain Anderson’s marina on Panama City Beach. “The humans they interact with are the deep sea fishermen, a restaurant chef, a marine patrol officer, a pair of tourists from Alabama, and a young woman from Georgia who wants to be in love.”
