Five thousand years before the construction of the pyramids and the rise of the first Pharaoh, a grand civilization settled in Africa after traversing through the stars in search of a new home. On the lush southeast coast of the African continent, a civilization was built that was centuries beyond its time. The people of Amani constructed a grand city that rested on a great river, they were a beacon to which all humanity aspired to be. Illustrious stone buildings rose to the sky inlaid with gold and decorated with the stories of their past and hand-painted murals of their world that once existed before its destruction. A grand temple in the center of the city housed the Hekima scrolls gifted to the Amani's ancestors from the gods. The Amani existed peacefully for a millennia until their nemesis, the Sarconians, found them and once again ravaged their peaceful existence. From that day forward the Sarconians ruled the earthly civilizations from the shadows, and The Order was born. Over time, our history became nothing but a myth.
Many thousands of years later, in 1932, deep in the heart of an African jungle, the distinguished Professor Keens from the University of Cambridge was about to prove that his theory on the Hekima Scrolls myth is not just an old wives tale told by the ancient tribes of Africa. Unbeknownst to the Professor, The Order is who graciously finances the expedition. After the Professor curiously vanishes, Captain 'Cappy' Jake Preston and his crew of ragtag gun runners are hired by the Professor's daughter, Sarah Keens, to help find her father and bring him home to England. Unfortunately, they have no idea what they are walking into and find themselves in the middle of a war between good and evil that has existed since the dawn of time.
