When Illyana (Anya Taylor-Joy), Rahne (Maisie Williams), Sam (Charlie Heaton), Danielle (Blue Hunt), and Roberto (Henry Zaga) ? five teenage mutants who are just discovering their superhuman abilities ? are held inside an isolated hospital to be psychologically monitored, strange things begin to happen.
