These illustrations have been used and may be used for church or personal bulletin inserts, handouts and as teaching aids. Be it known these are controversial subjects about which the illustrations have been designed.
There has been and will always be, as long as time as we know it exists, the need to be set for a defense of the gospel. Paul was (Philippians 1:17). Likewise, there is and will be a need to contend earnestly for the faith once delivered to the saints. Jude believed that and by inspiration of the Holy Spirit so stated (read Jude 3).
Warning to the reader and the user of these illustrations: Know that these are truly controversial and hard-hitting in their very nature and will raise the dander (equivalent to "make hairs on back of neck stand up") of some hearers. You may be and in some cases will be persecuted when the full impact of the meaning of these illustrations are comprehended. So, if you publish any of these be ready to put on the whole amour of God and stand against the wiles of the devil (Eph. 6:10-18).
Man's mind was made by God for truth. Remember that your purpose should always be to educate yourself, do good and in so doing educate those who seek and love truth.
