Kat continues her medical training as a graduate student learning how to become a physician assistant. While her classmates are solely engaged in their schoolwork, Kat is trying to balance her new life as a wife, a business leader, and a worldwide healer of people and animals. She is continually faced with new situations which sometimes collide with her responsibilities between her two jobs. Her life has created maturity far past her years and is constantly challenged by new circumstances associated with her jobs.
