A caged beast and a scorned songbird.
As luck would have it, Captain Phantom is trapped beneath the thumb of the Minister. If he escapes, he dooms the people of Kheli to slaughter. Without his ship or his devils, he's forced to play along with the Minister's games.
But something isn't right on Samsara and he has to figure out what that is before the Minister decides Phantom's only use left is at the end of a noose.
He might just need the help of his old friend and rival to discover the Minister's secrets, but a certain songbird keeps capturing his attentions, a dangerous and welcomed distraction. Whether it be by the Minister's hand or fate itself, she could be the death of him.
