A super strain of syphilis that is resistant to all known medical cures is spread unknowingly to the Chicago of the 70's. It rapidly infects the persons neuro system and leaves little time before death. Gino infects the mafia chief's daughter among others and must find a cure before her brother finds him for revenge.
