And while those with no military background may find it hard to understand the complexities and reasons for the mental and physical stresses that are placed on these very young men and women, Doug gives everyone a glimpse behind the curtain through his entire military career.About the Author: Doug Eggerth served with the 11th Armored Cavalry and is thankful to have served along side such brave and courageous soldiers. During his time in the military, especially Vietnam, he grew stronger in his relationship with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and more thankful for the country he served.
