In a cool twist on tiramisu, this elegant cake re-creates the classic Italian dessert with coffee-soaked ladyfinger sponge cake and ultra-rich mascarpone gelato. It's prepared entirely from scratch by an East Coast confectioner using house-made gelato crafted with fresh local cream and eggs. The cake and gelato are layered together in four luscious tiers, then topped with a traditional finish of cocoa powder.
